Channels Configuration
Protocol Options
- BlockSize: Defines the maximum of addresses in a read block. Default is 326.
Settings
- Serial and MultiSerial channels:
Default configuration:
DataBits: 8.
StopBits: 1 if parity is used, 2 if no parity.
Set the other fields according to your Serial or MultiSerial port configuration.
Nodes Configuration
Station Configuration
Network: Network identifier for multi-station communication (0-99).
Node: Node address within the network (0-99).
Syntax: <Network>;<Node>
Ex: 1;3
Points Configuration
The syntax for the EXCOM communication points is: <Dataset Files> <Address>
Where :
- <Dataset Files>:
- DAT: PC data exchange file;
- DSD: DatSet Description file;
- DI: Digital Input file;
- DO: Digital Output file;
- AI: Analogic Input file;
- AO: Analogic Output file.
- <Address>: Address number.
