1. The Problem

Data center facilities lacked unified monitoring across critical infrastructure systems including fire detection, cooling, power, and security. Multiple protocols (BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, RTSP) created integration challenges, while disparate monitoring tools prevented holistic facility management. The absence of centralized alarming and real-time visualization increased response times to critical events, risking equipment damage and service availability.

2. The Solution

FrameworX was deployed as a comprehensive Building Management System (BMS) platform, integrating all critical data center infrastructure through native protocol support. The solution unified fire detection systems, chiller plants, HVAC units, UPS systems, and CCTV cameras into a single operational dashboard. Real-time data processing at the edge enabled immediate alarm response and predictive maintenance capabilities.
