  • Com – Define the Port of communication
  • Baud Rate – Define the rate at which information is transferred in a communication channel.
  • Databits – Define the number of data bits in each character
  • Parity – Define the method of detecting errors in transmission.
  • Stop bits – Define the stop bits.
  • DTR – Define a control signal in RS-232 serial communication.
