1. The Problem

The Data

center facilities

Center lacked a unified monitoring

across

and control system to oversee critical infrastructure

systems including fire detection, cooling, power, and security. Multiple protocols (BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, RTSP) created integration challenges, while disparate monitoring tools prevented holistic facility management. The absence of centralized alarming and real-time visualization increased response times to critical events, risking equipment damage and service availability

devices. Without centralized visibility into power systems, environmental controls, and equipment status across multiple protocols and devices, the facility faced challenges in maintaining optimal operating conditions, preventing downtime, and ensuring reliable performance of mission-critical systems.

2. The Solution

FrameworX was deployed as a comprehensive Building Management System (BMS) platform, integrating all critical data center infrastructure through native protocol support. The solution unified fire detection systems, chiller plants, HVAC units, UPS systems, and CCTV cameras into a single operational dashboard. Real-time data processing at the edge enabled immediate alarm response and predictive maintenance capabilities.

A comprehensive Data Center Monitoring System was developed to control and monitor 14 critical infrastructure devices. The solution integrates approximately 3,000 communication points distributed across 159 monitoring screens, with a total of 7,100 internal tags for complete facility oversight.
