Another FactoryStudio key
FactoryStudiofeature is the ability to track changes in a project configuration
. Track changes helps, helping you to verify a project's
configurationsetting during various stages of development and implementation. This is important
because you need to be able toso that you can verify which version of your project
you are using when you areis being used when developing and working through diagnostics. To
track changesenable this feature, click on the "Track" icon.
FactoryStudio tracks changes for every aspect of a project configuration. Whenever a table is created, its name will be displayed in this page. An "X" sign at "ChangedSinceBuild" and "ChangedSincePublish" columns will indicate if there were any changes, as shown in the image on the right.
Double clicking on a When you create tables, their names are displayed and an indication is made that changes have occurred. Double-clicking on any line in the table brings you back to the editor which generated in display where you made the change.
The Changes tab provides information regarding the specific module where changes occurred, the specific change that was made, the specific project build in which which module was changed, what the change was, which project build the change occurred in, as well as the date of the change was made, and any arbitrary comments that were made by the user.
The Releases tab provides information regarding the date of when a project was published, who published it, and the project's build number when it was published.
Click on the "Notes" icon.
Many times during During the development and implementation of a project, developers often need to be able to leave notes for themselves , or for others other users who are collaborating on the project. Within FactoryStudio, that can be done developers can leave these notes by using the Notes utility. To use notes, click on the "Notes" icon.
When you are editing a project, double click on a note to view it on the desktop similar to Post-it notes.
Notes Notes created are of a "Post-It"- type, and are viewable by all Project design team members. Notes are visible on the desktop when editing the Project.
Click on the "Reference" icon.
FactoryStudio includes a comprehensive reference guide to help explain the our development tools. Use the Index or search using Keywords onlineYou can access the User Guide by clicking on the Help icon, or you can search a topic online using Keywords. A file for this guide is also located in the FactoryStudio installation.

The License tab presents displays information regarding the currently your installed FactoryStudio license for FactoryStudio. This information wilkl will be helpful needed if you need to contact us for technical support , and for when it is time you need to update to a new revision.the latest version of FactoryStudio. To view this information, click on the "License" icon.
