    One of the goals of version Version 10 is to provide a quick, low-cost start to new Solutionsolutions, create prototypes, and reduce TCO. The new Designer tools, which install in less than 10 seconds, has no restriction to its usagethen one minute, have no usage restrictions. When connecting to a Server server with WebServices enableenabled, you can even use the Designer from the remote Server, with no server without local installation. Runtime execution allows two hours of resettable time for testing, for .
