Alarms Designer UI (Reference)

Alarm Areas (Reference)  provide hierarchical organization for alarm management in your FrameworX solution, Alarm Areas enable:

• Hierarchical grouping of alarms
• Plant or process area organization

Alarm Groups (Reference) define shared characteristics and behaviors for collections of related alarm items in your FrameworX solution. Alarm Groups enable:

• Collective configuration of alarm behaviors
• Shared acknowledgment requirements

Alarm Items (Reference) define individual tags or expressions monitored for alarm conditions within your FrameworX solution. Alarm Items are the fundamental alarm objects that:

• Monitor tag values against configured conditions
• Trigger alarm events when conditions are met

Alarms Global Settings (Reference) define system-wide configurations for alarm management, logging, and audit trail functionality. It configure:

• Alarm historian database
• System startup behavior

Alarms Monitor (Reference) : When the solution is running, and the Designer is connected with the runtime, the Alarms Monitor page show basic status of its AlarmGroups, as well as a Alarm Viewer user interface, which allows to monitor online and historical alarms.
